Purpose and applicable terms

ZagaDo helps organize personal tasks, plans, drafts and events. Results depend on your decisions and actions; the app does not guarantee achievement of a goal. It is not an emergency service and does not provide professional medical, legal or mental-health services.

For the app obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . This page explains service rules and does not replace Apple’s Standard EULA with a custom license. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Account and security

Use a sign-in method you are entitled to use. Protect access to your device and identity-provider account. Do not share sign-in codes, and report suspected unauthorized access to support. If lawful use requires a parent’s or guardian’s consent, obtain it before using the service. A store age rating describes the app’s content and does not itself replace legal requirements.

Changing devices, signing out or uninstalling the app does not itself erase the server account. Preserve important information before irreversible actions. Where account ownership needs confirmation, we may verify it without asking for your Apple, Google or Telegram password.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights to the materials you add. By providing them to the service, you authorize processing needed to store, display, synchronize and deliver the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must be entitled to use uploaded photographs, text and links.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, threats, exploitation, malware, attempts to access others’ data, circumvention of security restrictions or disruption of infrastructure. Support communications must not threaten or harass staff. We may restrict actions that create a genuine security threat or violate law, subject to applicable requirements.

Offline use, external services and AI artwork

Supported personal actions can be saved on your device offline and synchronized later. Sign-in, account deletion and server operations require access to the service. Delays, conflicts or connection problems may require further action. Do not assume a server operation has finished without confirmation.

Artwork generation sends bounded text and visual preferences to OpenAI after the confirmation provided in the app. Results can differ from your expectations, resemble common elements of other images or be unsuitable for your purpose. Review them before use; exclusivity and the absence of all third-party rights are not guaranteed.

YouTube or Vimeo links and players are also governed by those services’ terms. ZagaDo does not determine their availability, content or processing of information they receive. The Privacy Policy explains the relevant transfers.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where your version offers paid features, the store and app show the price, period, access and offer terms before you confirm a purchase. This page does not establish separate prices, trial durations or promises of free access.

You can manage or cancel a subscription purchased through Apple in Apple Account settings → Subscriptions. Applicable offer and store rules govern renewal and refunds. Deleting ZagaDo or your ZagaDo account does not cancel an Apple subscription: check and cancel it separately if needed. Apple’s instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428 . For a purchase through another store, use that store’s subscription controls.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account through Profile → Delete account. Instructions without the app: https://zagado.app/account-deletion/ . The Privacy Policy explains the consequences and technical cleanup timing. Account deletion is irreversible; signing in afterwards creates a new, empty account.

Features, external integrations and service availability can change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation; this statement does not remove obligations concerning paid access or your statutory rights. Material rule changes will be communicated appropriately and take effect subject to law. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
