Delete Your ZagaDo Account

Delete in the app

1. Open Profile in ZagaDo and select Delete account.

2. Read the warning. In English, enter DELETE and select Delete permanently. In another language, use the confirmation word shown by the app.

3. If the account is linked to Apple, confirm sign-in in Apple’s system sheet when prompted. This is needed to revoke sign-in authorization.

4. Wait for the result while connected to the service. A connection error does not establish that deletion completed; retry when connectivity returns.

If you do not have the app or access to it

Email info@zagado.app with the subject “Delete ZagaDo account”. Include your sign-in method and an email associated with the account that you can access; for Apple, this may be a relay address. If you do not know the address, explain how you signed in. Do not send a password, token or one-time code.

We will verify ownership and explain the steps needed to complete the request. This page does not automatically delete an account or send email without your confirmation in your mail app. We will tell you when deletion is completed or why further verification is needed.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the account, linked sign-in identities and sessions, personal tasks and lists, completion history, counters, saved drafts, private image metadata and in-app support tickets. After server confirmation, the client clears the account’s local data, queued changes, media and reminders. Signing in after deletion creates a new, empty account.

Files in private media storage are cleaned separately after their references are removed and a technical cleanup grace period passes. Independent copies previously received by other users can remain with them without a link to your account. Shared spaces with other participants can remain for them. Account-linked records from earlier chats or other experimental features are also erased if present.

An anonymous deletion record remains: a fresh random event number and timestamp without an account, device, IP address or content identifier. Check your subscription first

Deleting an account or the app does not itself cancel an Apple or other store subscription, and is not a refund request. If you subscribed through Apple, check Apple Account settings → Subscriptions and cancel separately if needed: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428 .
